Same-Day Cancellations
- Cancellations made on the same day of the appointment may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
- If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Same-Day Rescheduling
- If you need to change your appointment time on the same day, we will do our best to accommodate you.
- No cancellation fee will apply if you reschedule for another available time on the same day.
Why Is There a Cancellation Fee?
- Your time slot is reserved especially for you, and our therapists prepare in advance for your session.
- We may also decline other bookings in order to prioritize your reservation.
